Introduction for Automatic Pellet Chips Fryer Machine

1. The fryer is composed by mesh belt conveyor system, mesh belt hoisting system, heating system, circulatory system, scraping slag system.

2. The frying machine generates heat through by heating tube to heat oil. Automatic mesh belt conveying system conveys food through the oil tank, and then the Frying processing is completed.

3. Mesh belt conveyor system adopts frequency conversion motor driving the mesh belt, mesh belt speed can be adjusted to control the frying time.

4. The machine USES double mesh belt transmission, the food was sandwiched between the double mesh belt, can thoroughly fry food and the fried food won't float. Through adjusting the distance between the mesh belt can adapt to fry different products. 

5. Mesh belt hoisting system is driven by electricity, make mesh belt rise more easily, convenient for cleaning oil tank and mesh belt. 

6. The material of mesh belt is made of stainless steel plate chain, pressure mesh belt material for stainless steel mesh belt.
